Meredith and Yance - A true Southern Wedding!

All weddings are wonderful! Meredith and Yance's wedding was very different from most of the weddings I cover. Not only did we start doing photos at 8 AM, but it was at a wonderful place, the home of her aunt. The grounds were an absolute dream and since it was right on the lake the couple left in an old Chris Craft to start their life together.

Trash the Dress Session!

I can't believe I did not get around to post a photo of one of my favorite sessions this past month. When we covered Katy and Dan's wedding last year we decided we would do a trash the dress session this year as soon as the water would be warm enough since they got married October 08 and it was already to to cool at that time.
Well, we did it and it was wonderful........an afternoon of wonderful photos and most of all we all had a great time. Laura, who shot their wedding with me, Steve my husband and I took Katy and Dan into the deep woods for our shoot. It was the best ever.........Thank you Katy and Dan for a wonderful afternoon..... as always when we are together.

Wedding Today

We are on our way to shoot a wedding at Chota Falls today. We did all the before
bride and groom shots yesterday upon the couples request, so we are starting a little later then usual. The weather is a little fragile today so I am happy we did
what we did yesterday.
Shelby and Harry are getting married at the waterfall, so lets hope the weather will stay with us for the rest of the day.
Update on the wedding day..........the weather was perfect, just a little tiny drizzle just before the ceremony. We were so lucky all the way around ..........

Wolf Mountain Vineyard Wedding

Montaluce Engagement Session

On Mothers Day we had a wonderful engagement session at Montaluce Vineyards. It was a lovely day in a beautiful place with an enjoyable couple.

Busy time........

It has been a busy time for me and somehow I got behind in my blog. I have had numerous weddings and engagement sessions since my last post and many more to come.
