First Album Page from a Gainesville, GA Wedding!

Everybody knows I love designing albums and that I love doing it without templates....Sure working with templates is much faster, but it would totally bore me to death. I always get excited when I start on a new album and finish the first page. My associate Laura and Dan photographed this wedding for Cariad Photography since we were booked at another location. Many thanks guys......

Tornado Alley......

So strange ..... on the way home from Gainesville today the radio announced there were tornado warnings and that the storm was right in front of us. I was chicken and stopped at the gas station and waited until it passed through our county, did not feel like getting in a one one one situation with a tornado while I was driving. No place to hide no place to go and in my mind this was a better call. I don't know where all these storms are coming from these days.

First Page of a Chota Falls Wedding Album!

Well just finished the last of the album designs and now I get a few days of reorganizing my studio before the wedding season will get in full swing. A clean studio for a new year..........everything always falls behind when I work 24/7 and it is really in need to get all the cobwebs cleared out :)

A Winter Day in a Wedding Photographers Life :)

February is almost over and before we know it our wedding season will be back in full swing. This time of year I am busy designing albums for our couples and for most I am ahead of time. Usually there is a delay because I did not get the choices of their photos soon after their wedding, but this last season I was very lucky I received everything pretty quickly and hopefully be done with all the albums shortly. I love designing them.........yes, I design the albums, I don't use templates....I want each and every album to be special to the couple and not just the same book with different photos. When I am done I want it to be a piece of art for them to cherish for the rest of their life and I hope my photos will bring back lovely memories of their special day in the years to come.

Chota Falls Waterfall Wedding!

Chota Falls is such a beautiful venue and if you wish for a Waterfall Wedding, this is the perfect place. We always love shooting weddings at the waterfall. I can't wait to do the Bridal Session at that venue this afternoon.
