When two bakers get engaged........by Cariad Photography

When these two bakers got engaged our photographer Laura decided to shoot their engagement session in their kitchen...........they had so much fun even down to a flour fight..........of course all done with love. Great job Laura and many thanks to our couple for allowing us into your kitchen :) Of course I had to add the cat kiss...........I am in love with this kitty. Engagement sessions can be such a fun way to get to know the couples and when you have a couple as this one..........it is double fun.

Creative Wedding Photography in North Georgia.

It is always fun to give our couples creative images when shooting their wedding as we did for this couple at Chota Falls. We work out of North Georgia as Wedding Photographers but cover weddings all over the South East. Even dressing photos of the bride can be fun and creative. We also love doing night shots of the couples and one of my favorites............beautiful shots of the couples wedding rings.

North Georgia Engagements.

In the last week we had two wonderful engagement sessions here in North Georgia. Both times we had a lovely day...........perfect light and perfect weather. It is always such fun to get to know our couples before their wedding..............we love when they come up from Atlanta to enjoy an afternoon in the North Georgia Mountains.

We love when our couples bring their fur babies to join them for their engagement sessions or even their weddings. Over the years we have had quite a few pose for us and it is always great fun.......specially to my husband and myself because we are big fur baby people. We have 3 dogs and 1 mighty cat in our little family............all of them rescues except for our tiny 4 pound Chi named Mouse. So if we are doing your engagement session never hesitate to bring your babies......

 

Engagement Photography in North Georgia.

During our engagement sessions we like to get intimate and fun photos of our couples that show the love they have for each other. Sure we also do some looking at the camera, but I believe engagement sessions are all about the couple and how they feel for each other.

North Georgia Wedding and Engagement Photography.

I love this time of year, because it is almost time for the new 2016 wedding season to start. It is always so exciting to book and plan all the new weddings with our couples and to do the pre wedding and engagement sessions. Engagement sessions are such fun because it gives us time to really connect with our couples and get to know them before the actual wedding.

We almost always do our sessions outdoors specially since we live in such a beautiful area here in the North Georgia Mountains. A week ago we did one way on the top of a mountain because we had heard that there was a beautiful ice formation. We also love roaming the woods with our couples to find lovely and romantic backdrops with little creeks and lakes or be on top of a beautiful mountain with the Blue Ridge Mountains in the background.
